A “first cut” is what film-makers call the first finished edit. Warmcut is that, made with warmth: a real film, from the people who love someone, delivered without anyone opening an editor.

We built it for the person who always ends up organising the group gift. You know the one. Collecting the clips was never the hard part. Making them into something you’re proud to send was. That was a Sunday night in iMovie, and it rarely came out well.

Warmcut does the making. It trims the pauses, levels every voice, finds the story in what people said, and scores it with music made for that film. Then it hands you a finished film to watch, change in plain words, and send.

One rule shapes everything: only their real words. Warmcut picks and orders the best moments. It never writes or changes what anyone said. No fake voices, no fake faces.
