Do people need an app?
No. Send the link by WhatsApp, text message or email. They tap it, record on their phone, and they are done. No app, no account, no password.
How long should clips be?
A minute is plenty. Warmcut trims the pauses and false starts, so nobody has to get it right first go.
Can I change the film?
Yes. Ask in plain words: shorter, more fun, put Mum last, fix a name. You never open an editor.
Is it private?
Yes. Every link is private and unguessable. Contributors never see each other’s clips. Only you decide who sees the film.
What if someone sends a clip late?
Add it with one tap and Warmcut makes the film again with them in it.
Does Warmcut change what people say?
Never. Warmcut picks and orders the best moments. It never writes or changes a word. No fake voices, no fake faces.
Can I download it?
Yes. Paying gives you the private watch link to share and the full 1080p film to download. Bigger sizes include all the original clips.
What does it cost?
Free to create, pay to distribute. Collecting clips and watching your finished film is free. Pay once, from US$19, to share it with the birthday person and download it. Films with more than 10 people are paid before we make them.

What if I need changes?
Every tier includes rounds of changes. Say what you want in plain words and Warmcut makes a new version.
Which tier do I need?
It depends on how many people send a clip. Up to 10 is Small, 10 to 30 is Celebration, more is Big day. Warmcut tells you the size when collection closes. You can also hide a few clips to stay in a smaller size.
Is there a watermark?
No. Nothing is ever over the picture. The watch page says “Made with Warmcut” under the film. The download is clean.
Do contributors need an account?
No. After they record, they can leave an email to be told when the film is ready. No password, ever.
What currency are prices in?
Pick your currency at the top of the pricing table: US, Australian, Canadian or New Zealand dollars, pounds or euros. You are charged in that currency. Card payments only at the moment.
Can I get a refund?
You see the whole film before you pay, so there should be no surprises. If something is wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.
